Will your firm be among the 2010 Best Places to Work—Law Firms and Law Departments?

Martindale-Hubbell, in partnership with Best Companies, will identify and recognize the best places to work in law—both law firms and law departments—in 2010. Participation in the program brings your firm:

  • Expanded PR and marketing opportunities—getting named one of the "Best Places to Work" can have a tremendous impact on your firm's marketing efforts. Use the distinction to enhance your recruiting efforts, increase the effectiveness of your general marketing and improve or reinforce your reputation among potential clients.
  • Heightened firm pride—when companies appear on the "Best Places to Work" lists, the management, the employees and the other stakeholders swell with pride. Employee morale receives a boost and employee retention increases.

Express your interest in participating in the 2010 Best Places to Work—Law Firms and Law Departments survey. The employees at participating firms will be asked to complete an in-depth, two-part survey process that will ultimately determine who makes list.

To be eligible to participate, your firm:

  • Must have at least 15 employees working in the US.
  • Must be a law firm or a company with a law department of 15 in-house counsel or more.
